Our recruitment team, conducts personal interviews, verifies diplomas, and requires official transcripts with a school seal. Security background checks are also performed.  Management submits requests for full and limited criminal history checks. Other pre-employment requirements are sex offender registry checks, TB testing, and physicals. Each subcontractor is certified in First Aid, CPR, and Universal Precautions.

Our subcontractors will provide exceptional quality care that meets children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs. We work closely with each client that we support to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service is always maintained. Salaries are based upon level of experience, education and expectations of the client. We pride ourselves in our ability to customize our services to meet the daily needs of each individual client.

Our subcontractors are trained in multiple areas of early childhood practices including, safety, child development, and professional business practices. These trainings are mandatory, to ensure the well-being of small children who are incapable of making decisions on their own or speak for themselves.

Our agency interviews all applicants thoroughly; prior to being accepted as a subcontractor.

All subcontractors must attend an orientation session and participate in 2 weeks of basic training modules. They are then sent to one of our clinical training facilities for 1-2 weeks; where they are evaluated on the skills they have learned. These trainings and assessments are done prior to their first placement opportunity. Once a subcontractor has successfully completed this process they are placed in our availability pool. Even while waiting on an assignment, we require continual education; to remain in compliance with our organization.
